Neil and Jim Morse, brothers and owners of Morse Construction,
moved to Schroon Lake from Central New Jersey in 1989. Both Neil and Jim had worked in construction prior to moving to the Adirondacks.
Since relocating to Schroon Lake, they have been responsible for
the actual hands-on construction of numerous renovations, additions and new homes and projects. Morse Construction has
also been responsible for the design of several projects, including Neil’s own log home that was built in 1988.
More recent projects have been several outstanding custom homes in the surrounding Adirondacks as well as commercial projects at The Copperfield Inn, The Preserve at Gore, and Casey’s North all located in North Creek, New York. We have homes available to show
interested customers who would like view our finished products.
Morse Construction has an outstanding reputation for wanting to please their customers with a well-built home and/or project
completed in a timely manner.
