Dear Neil, Jim & All,
This is a kudos/thank you letter that is long overdue because we have been, and still are, unable to express our gratitide accurately.  So we'll begin by just telling the story.
Five years ago, when we seriously began planning the project of building a home on Paradox Lake, we were extremely apprehensive about the prospect of finding, hiring, and working with a general contractor.  This was to be a new experience for us, and for years we had heard all manner of horror stories from family and freinds about their varied, and mostly awful, experiences with contractors in custom building homes.
By the spring of 2001, however, you had proven all our fears to be completely groundless.  Not only did we have a home that exceeded all our expectations, but the experience of working with your organization was so positive that there was almost as element of sadness when the project was completed.  Your responsiveness to our requirements and willingness to address every detail were greatly appreciated.  Clearly, you have assembled an extraordinary organization that is a credit to yourselves and the Schroon Lake community.  You have every right to take pride in your accomplishments.
You have not only our many thanks, but our enduring gratitude for the incomparable job that you did in constructing our home.  This is not our opinion, but that of everyone who has set foot in this house - begining with our architect who made several inspection visits during and after construction, and who has assured us the quality of your construction and attention to detail far exceeds the norm,
Please use this letter in any way you desire to imform others of our complete satisfaction with your work.
Best Regards,
David L. & Geraldine R. Lowe

Sincerely,

Dear Neil,
Candy and I would like to thank you, Jim, Mike, and Annie for the excellent job with the addition and renovations to our house on Loon Lake.  The subcontractors you employ were also exceptional.  We are pleased with the additional space and look forward to many years there.

Your professionalism and attention to detail made it a pleasure to work with you.  We would recommend your company, as well as the subcontractors, to other North Country property owners.

Sincerely yours,
Don & Candy Dries

Dear Neil, Jim, Kathy & All,
We would like to take this oppurtunity to express our sincere appreciation for the incredible job you did building our home in Schroon Lake.  This home was our "dream house" and we want it to be a haven for family and freinds and a legacy to our children.  It is important to us that the experience was a positive one and that we would have fond memories of this experience.
Let us say that choosing a builder for a home when you live 4 hours away takes trust and confidence.  Your team never let us down.  You were always professional, on time, and on budget.  We trusted you explicitly and, in fact you exceeded our expectations.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to anyone ready to build.
We feel fortunate to have such a beautiful summer home.  Thank you for all your hard work and attention to details.
Your freinds,
Dan and Doreen Spoor

Dear Neil & Jim,
On behalf of my Wife Rani and myself, please accept our sincere thanks for doing a wonderful job in building our house on the lake.  Considering the difficulty of the lot itself, you have done a very nice job.
Your professionalism, timeliness, quality of work and response to our requests are all very much appreciated.  Contrary to many people's opinions and belief, our experience with 'our builder' was a very positive one and we certainly recommend you highly.
Our special thanks go to Kathy for all her help, response to our questions and concerns etc., throughout the whole process.  You have a very good team.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if we can be og any help including as a reference.  Thanks again for a job well done!
With Best Regards,
Sincerely,
K. Perumal

Dear Neil & Jim,

Valerie and I want to thank you for the great job in building the addition to our home.  It is an excellent example of quality and satisfaction that we had in working with the both of you.  We are very pleased with the results.

Please pass on our thanks to all of the craftsmen and sub-contractors that contributed as well.

Sincerely,
David Pachla

Dear Neil & Jim,

On May 28th  of  2005 our town held a very emotional dedication for our Bicentennial in memory of Tom Williford, a dedicated Town of Schroon lifeguard and valued member of our community.  This ceremony would not have been as special without all of the efforts of Morse Construction.  The building reconstruction was a great improvement to our Town Park, and we are very grateful for your donation of time and materials which attributed to a special and memorable day for our bicentennial.  Please either forward an address of give a special thanks to your painter.  The building now blends with the rest of the park.  The joint effort made a very unsightly area of our Town Park much more attractive.
Many thanks again!!
Most Sincerely,
Cathy Moses
